Regulations to be followed while updating contact details of specific domain names

There are certain regulations to be followed while updating contact information for certain domain names registered with Dinsol.Co.In

.US domain names

The Registrant contact of every .US domain name needs to bear valid Nexus Information. The Nexus Information consists of

  • The Application Purpose: Whether the domain name being registered is for Business use (Profit/Non-profit), personal use, etc.
     
  • The Nexus Category: Whether the person registering the domain name is a resident/citizen of the United States of America, or the Domain name is registered for an organization based in the United States, or having an office or facility therein.

If you were to modify the Name/Company name for an existing contact of a .US domain name, the system would prompt you to specify the Nexus information for this contact.

.NAME domain names

When you register a .NAME domain name or have a .NAME domain name transferred to your account with Dinsol.Co.In , you have to wait for 5 days before you can update the Registrant contact details.
