Modifying the Registrant Contact Details of a .EU domain name

1. Login to your Control Panel, search for the .EU domain name whose Registrant Contact details you wish to modify and proceed to the Order Details view. Click here to read how >>

2. You need to decide whether you need to modify the Company Name, the Registrant Name or the other contact information of the Registrant Contact -

  • The Company Name or Registrant Name (in the absence of a Company Name) of the Registrant Contact cannot be Modified for free. Click here to find instructions about how to modify the Ownership Identity of a .EU domain name >>

  • If you wish to simply modify the Name of the Registrant Contact (which has a Company Name associated with it) and/or other contact details of the Registrant Contact, then you may do so by clicking the Modify Contact Details button. This action can be performed for free.

This modification can be performed by clicking on Edit Existing Contact link corresponding to the Registrant Contact. Modify the details and click on Submit button to save the changes.  Note that this update will be automatically applied to all the Domain Names using this particular Registrant Contact.

    IMPORTANT

The Modify Contact form supports accented characters, except for the Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address fields.

Apart from the above process, Contacts can be created and managed independent of the Domain Name(s), directly from within the Customer Control Panel. Click here to read how >>
