We are concerned about your website security. Period.

This being said, you may ask what we did to make your website to run on secure platform? The fact is, we are concerned about securing our infrastructure which eventually provide security need your website require to operate on optimum shared hosting platform.

We already have implemented Daily Anti-virus and Anti-malware scanning, Advance Security Firewall, Advance (real-time) Exploit scanner, Brute-force Protection and Weekly backup system. We monitor our servers daily for performance and security. We keep almost all installed software up to date with the required updates and bug-fix provided. However, these systems may fail to stop getting your website hacked, if any of the point already discussed in WordPress Codex left untouched by you as an CMS user.

" Security in WordPress is taken very seriously, but as with any other system there are potential security issues that may arise if some basic security precautions aren't taken. This article will go through some common forms of vulnerabilities, and the things you can do to help keep your WordPress installation secure. "

Further to add,

" It's easy to look at web hosts and pass the responsibility of security to them, but there is a tremendous amount of security that lies on the website owner as well. Web hosts are often responsible for the infrastructure on which your website sits, they are not responsible for the application you choose to install. "

"Make sure the computers you use are free of spyware, malware, and virus infections. No amount of security in WordPress or on your web server will make the slightest difference if there is a keylogger on your computer. Always keep your operating system and the software on it, especially your web browser, up to date to protect you from security vulnerabilities. If you are browsing untrusted sites, we also recommend using tools like no-script (or disabling javascript/flash/java) in your browser. "

We suggest to our customers to go through these basic and advance outlined steps and implement those without further delay on their installation of WordPress. These steps are relevant to WordPress CMS but they also apply to any other similar CMS, e.g. Joomla, Magento or any other Open Source script installed in your hosting account. You may refer to the similar help article with the respective developer or community as we are sure that they have discussed the security many time either in their community based knowledgebase, tutorial or discussion forum.

Below we have provided several useful link from WordPress Codex which can save an hour of yours, in terms of searching and if implemented well, several hours to go through damage control after-effects.

Once again, we would like to strongly recommend that if you have installed WordPress or similar Open Source Script in your hosting account, please do spare some quality time to go through this article and provided links to implement the security on your installation. If you are not using your Installation of script and do not wish to use in future as well, please delete that immediately or block access to it's file. For help in doing so, please contact support and we will gladly do that for you.
