With the implementation of our advance billing system, you are now able to create user accounts for your staff and authorised contacts within your client portal area.  Dinsol will be strictly enforcing that from this point forward that all requests for all matters pertaining to an account, server, domain or service with us will require that the contact be authorised for this account.  We are requiring that regardless of longevity as a client, familiarity with staff members, or previous ticket history, that all requests through the ticket system, live chat and phone system will require authentication.  For phone support, and live chat (only provided for billing or sales inquiries) communication will be verified by the billing payment details or contact details in file.  For all ticket system support requests, authorised contacts must be added to the billing system prior to any services being performed or requested.  Due to specific threshold levels being allowed for individual users, we are requiring that all customers must update their authorised contacts themselves through the billing system portal. 

To update your authorised contacts, please login to the billing system at:  http://manage.dinsol.in  and click  the "My Details" option at the top menu area with yellow background, then click the "Add New Contact" link.  You can give each contact the appropriate permissions level that you wish. Check the box "Activate Sub-Account" if you would like to make that contact an sub-account under your main billing account. A sub-account can login into billing system and manage service, product, domains and your billing account settings.
